Processing Time

Because every Hillside Roots Co. gift box is handcrafted and assembled with care, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be created and packaged before it ships. Personalized items may require additional time.

Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us — we will do our best to help and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, as well as health and safety standards for items such as soaps, lotions, and lip balms, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a problem with your order — whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing items — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
